However, minor variations in colour, finish, dimensions, design or specifications may occur, particularly for customised or manufactured products.
We reserve the right to modify product specifications where necessary without compromising the intended functionality or quality of the product.
An order will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment/advance and written confirmation from Royal Establishment.
We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, product availability issues, specification changes or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment terms will be communicated in the quotation or invoice.
For customised or specially manufactured products, an advance payment may be required before production begins.
Production or dispatch may be withheld until the agreed payment has been received.
Delivery timelines provided by us are estimated and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, transportation, availability of materials, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for unloading and installation, where applicable.
Where installation or assembly is included, it will be carried out according to the agreed scope of supply.
Any additional work, civil work, electrical work, plumbing, site preparation or other services not specifically included in the quotation may be charged separately.
Products manufactured according to customer-specific dimensions, designs, colours, specifications or other requirements may not be eligible for cancellation, return or refund once production has commenced.
The customer is responsible for verifying and approving customised specifications before production.
Customers should inspect products at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage, shortage or discrepancy should be reported to Royal Establishment as soon as possible, preferably with photographs and supporting documentation.
Claims relating to transit damage may be subject to verification by our team and/or the transporter.
Returns or replacements will be considered only in accordance with our applicable return policy.
Products that have been customised, used, installed, modified or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement unless the issue is attributable to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Warranty, where applicable, will be provided according to the specific product and the terms mentioned in the quotation, invoice or warranty document.
Warranty does not normally cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, negligence, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the recommended operating and maintenance instructions.
Medical furniture and hospital equipment must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
The customer is responsible for ensuring appropriate installation, operation, maintenance and supervision of products after delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All content on this website, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, designs and other materials, is the property of Royal Establishment or its respective licensors.
No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Royal Establishment shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the extent permitted under the applicable laws and the specific terms of the relevant purchase agreement.
We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, floods, transportation disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, shortages of raw materials or other unforeseen events.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or a purchase transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bhopal , Madhya Pradesh, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
